Representatives of Sydney-Timber West Africa,on behalf of Three Cees Limited came to London, UK to discuss
with the management of Downtown New Homes on the acquisition of 10,000 acres of land in Ogun State, Nigeria. It was an interesting experience as both companies discussed the huge opportunities in the Nigerian housing market and the sudden turn around of the Ibadan express axis which is now attracting investors in significant record.

It has suddenly turned into the latest construction suburb where both small and medium construction firms rushed into taking position for future developments. This axis is a link between Lagos state former capital city of Nigeria and the entire nation.

In recognition of the importance of this axis the federal government of Nigeria has arranged with a leading construction firm to upgrade the Lagos – Ibadan expressway to international standard under a 25 years concession arrangement valued at 360 million pounds
